I’ll give it credit, the emergency fund did help me out when I really needed it. But the rules are confusing, like they’re written that way on purpose so you don’t ask too many questions. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it definitely has that ‘fine print has secrets’ vibe. Good for emergencies, just don’t go in expecting everything to be super clear.

I reached out for support and they got back to me really quickly. The person helping was kind and made everything feel easy, so you don’t feel stuck or left waiting around.

"Maybe they're helpful, but I couldn't reach anyone"
I’m sure they might be great when you can actually get in touch with them, but that wasn’t my experience. Replies were really slow, and whenever I needed help, no one seemed to be available. I kept hoping it would get better, but it just felt frustrating.

My first impression was that the price was surprisingly reasonable, and after using it, I still feel that way. For a monthly cost, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can get vet help without worrying about random surprise bills. It’s simple, easy to use, and cheaper than I expected

"Quick response, but not super helpful"
The vet chat did get back to me fast, which I appreciated... but the advice felt a little generic. I asked a few follow-up questions and mostly got the same basic info I’d already seen online. They seemed nice, just not really helpful for what was going on with my dog.
